Born and raised in a quaint colonial town in New Jersey, Sarah’s fashion obsession began at a very young age. Her earliest memories were watching her Mother try on clothes in the dressing room at Saks Fifth Avenue. Trailing her fashionista mother through countless department stores quickly evolved into collecting and stockpiling 17 Magazine.
After graduating from Barnard College, she flew to Milan to work at a modeling agency which lead her to return stateside a year later to work at the Dolce & Gabbana showroom. Inspired by the stylists who came in to pull clothes, she moved to Toronto to start her styling career. After building her portfolio, she came back to NY to work in film and fashion. Since then, she has worked with celebrities, consulted with fashion brands (Issey Miyake, Anne Klein and Under Armour), styled editorials for Harpers Bazaar, InStyle, Details, Blackbook, and advertising campaigns for global brands. Her latest endeavor is launching SPUNJ Sustainability spunj.co a sustainable style website that makes shopping ethically easy and accessible.
She lives in NYC with her husband and two daughters, Ruby and Sasha, but travels between NY, LA and Miami for work.
